My New Year's resolution for 2013 was to keep up with blogging on my web site... let's just say that resolutions are aren't always a great way to make a commitment. This year, I am striving for blogging weekly with tips to make 2014 a year for health. If we change one thing a week, at the end of the year, we have accomplished 52 mini goals... not bad!
